EU Leonardo da Vinci ProjectFresh Tourism is a registered company with the EU Leonardo da Vinci Project. As a Leonardo registered company, we not only give Leonardo students a base for their English-speaking skills requirement, but also provide specific in-house work experience positions, when available, to students seeking to pursue specific fields of study relating to Fresh Tourism services.
The Leonardo da Vinci Project is the European Community's vocational training programme for young people. It facilitates collaboration between organisations involved in vocational training, aiming to improve the quality of training provision, develop the skills and mobility of the workforce and stimulate innovation and enhance the competitiveness of European industry This vocational training programme was established in 1994, has now reached the third and concluding stage of its second phase, scheduled to run from 1 January 2000 to 31 December 2006. Promoting a “Europe of knowledge” is central to the implementation of the programme, which seeks to consolidate a European co-operation area for education and training. The programme actively supports the lifelong training policies conducted by the Member States. It supports innovative transnational initiatives for promoting the knowledge, aptitudes and skills necessary for successful integration into working life and the full exercise of citizenship, and affords scope for links with other Community initiatives. © European Community, 2005 |
